A very good range for breakfast reflecting a range of cultural preferences. Good selection of cooked items (which rotated throughout the week) with an egg chef on hand. Good selection of fruit. Evening meals were very good. Nice range of food although ordering system via an iPad was a little strange and software was not sophisticated enough to cope with anything complicated. Almaty does not really have a particular hub so location is difficult to evaluate. For us it was a 3km walk to the office each day which was gently downhill and a pleasant start to the day. Laundry also very good.

Great spa, room was comfortable and breakfast was a good spread. Turkish restaurant buffet was exceptional in taste, variety and value!!! Good central location too. Crew in spa, Asian Cafe, Turkish restaurant and bell hop were friendly and helpful. We will be back. Thanks for a good stay!

The staff , especially Tima made this a perfect vacation . They did not miss a thing . Exceptional hospitality and great location . The food is not great but everything else was perfect . There are so many great places to eat at nearby .

Location was close to many interesting shops and the forum mall. The private front garden and seating area with heating at the entrance allowed us to enjoy the cold and snow while staying warm
